1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of csvclean Pro. If you subscribe to our Pro plan and are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund.

1.1 Eligibility

  • First-time Pro subscribers only
  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Valid for the first month's payment only
  • One refund per customer

1.2 How to Request

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  2. Include your account email address
  3. Briefly mention why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We typically process refund requests within 2-3 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to Account Settings
  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"

Alternatively, email us at support@csvclean.com and we'll cancel your subscription for you.

2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent months
  • You can continue using Pro features until the period ends
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan

2.3 No Partial Refunds

If you cancel after the 30-day guarantee period, no refund will be issued for the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

3.1 Standard Policy

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may make exceptions in the following circumstances:

  • Service outage preventing use for extended period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing core functionality
  • Unauthorized charges (report immediately)

We Cannot Refund

  • Change of mind after 30 days
  • Unused subscription time
  • Account violations or Terms breaches
  • Features not meeting expectations

3.2 Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may issue discretionary refunds even after 30 days. Contact us at refunds@csvclean.com to explain your situation. We review each case individually.

4. Billing Disputes

4.1 Unauthorized Charges

If you see a charge you don't recognize:

  1. Check if someone else with access to your card may have subscribed
  2. Verify the charge isn't from a previous subscription period
  3. Contact us immediately at billing@csvclean.com

We take unauthorized charges seriously and will investigate and refund legitimate claims immediately.

4.2 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice for the same period, contact us immediately. We will refund the duplicate charge within 2-3 business days.

4.3 Pricing Errors

If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error, we will refund the difference.

5. Chargebacks

5.1 Contact Us First

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. Chargebacks are expensive and harm small businesses. We're committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly.

5.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • If the chargeback is found fraudulent, your account will be permanently banned
  • Legitimate disputes will be honored, and account access restored

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • We process the refund within 2-3 business days
  • Your payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to credit your account
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

7. Free Plan

Our Free plan is provided at no cost and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund for Free plan usage.
